Chuck scheduled me for the install of the door he sold me and then called me to see if it could be done earlier. I was thrilled to get it done earlier and Brendon and Mark ( the installers) started bright and early, did a fabulous job and very professional. My 9’ high by 18’ door looks great.

The installers showed up when scheduled, and completed the removal of our old doors and installation of the new doors in a remarkably short time. They hooked up our existing garage door openers to the new doors, and had the entire ensemble operational by early afternoon. Overall it was a great experience with a professional team from start to finish.

New Eastman E-12 doors are great. What a difference in appearance. Chuck was prompt and professional with providing a quote. Brandon did a meticulous job, especially with the wiring.

Every once in a while, though, the Liftmaster wall buttons require a second push to activate the door. My old wall buttons didn't do that.
