A‑1 Overhead Door Systems offers different commercial garage door models that meet your precise specifications and performance objectives (insulation and durability) and are within your budget. Our commercial garage doors are also used for applications such as condo buildings, loading docks, farm buildings, restaurants, and patio bars.
For most commercial and industrial projects, we recommend the G‑5000 for its many advantages. This door is made of high quality galvanized steel (26/26 gauge) with a woodgrain finish. If you are looking for a sturdy door that provides maximum impact resistance, consider the G‑2323 (23/23 gauge), the G‑2023 (20/23 gauge) or the G‑2020 (20/20 gauge), which have a greater steel thickness than other doors offered on the market, as well as a thermal resistance factor of R‑16. These doors are stronger for longer!
For a more esthetically pleasing door, consider the G‑44000, a glazed door with an extruded aluminum frame. It is popular with businesses, patio bars, and fire stations, because it lets in natural light.
