He was prompt to arrive, talked me through the process and all options including costs. They followed up via email (no pressure at all) in a few days and I found their quote to be in line or even better than the 2 others I received.

We replaced everything and the guys showed up earlier than expected and were done in about 5 hours. Very happy with the final product!

Every staff member I dealt with was extremely kind and very helpful. The time from when someone came to my house to see what needed to be done until the service person came to do the job was very quick… only a few days in between. Service didn’t take long and my garage door is back in working condition.

Seems simple right ? But you don’t get that everywhere, unfortunately it’s less common now. This company was easy to work with because they kept a their commitments. The staff was great too, especially the installer. Super great guy, friendly and efficient.
