I am on sales myself and if a customer call and I… Read more Perhaps it is me, but I have called more than 3 times and have talked to 2 ladies and someone was supposed to get back to (Chuck). Never happened. I am on sales myself and if a customer call and I cannot answer at the same moment at least call back in 24 hours or less. Bad customer service means, losing sales and losing sales means losing money I do not like any of them. I have called the competitor, that is on the phone book as well (I will not say the name of the company and talk to John) he was nice to understand my needs and service was fast. His crew is very nice as well.

my repair was a very tricky situation. it took 3 visits to fix the problem and A-1 was very cooperative and understanding. each time they came out the problem seemed to be fixed only to find the… Read more my repair was a very tricky situation. it took 3 visits to fix the problem and A-1 was very cooperative and understanding. each time they came out the problem seemed to be fixed only to find the garage door not opening a day or 2 later. after replacing multiple parts it was determined the opener needed to be replaced. they were very responsive each time and gave me credit toward the new opener for the parts that were previously installed.

We replaced two garage doors and openers through A1 and were extremely satisfied with product quality, installation and service!

The main reason for buying this… Read more We were building a new home and our contractor had made a huge mistake rendering our garage unusable by anything other than a small vehicle. I drive a ford explorer. The main reason for buying this home was the garage it was a must have. We were devastated almost back out of the purchase until our realtor suggested getting a second opinion form a company she trusted. Not only did A1 come out right away but he was professional and made me extremely happy. The issue IS fixable! He wrote up a quote and needed to custom order some things but my issue was fixable. We bought the house and had A1 redo the garages. I'm do thankful they did. The installer was very friendly and now we have two bays that function and are usable. A1 literally saved our home we would not live here otherwise. If it's a job large or small use A1.

I had my doubts about resurrecting them but after Chuck got to work, his great/friendly service, explaining everything he was doing,educated me on how to keep by door and opener healthy in the future, Chuck performed a miracle and the price for the amount of work he did was reasonable! I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies but Chuck restored my faith in the industry! Thanks so much Chuck and A-1 - my garage door and opener are now wicked sweet!
